The Challenge

Smart Afrik Clothing is a boutique selling men's and women's suits, shoes, accessories, and fragrance. Their storefront needed to feel premium, load fast on the phones their customers actually carry, and sell across borders:

  • **Luxury feel, real-world loads**: The brand needed a curated, editorial storefront - but pages still had to load fast on mid-range phones over mobile data. - **Multi-currency, multi-country shipping**: Customers in Ghana, the US, and beyond expected to pay in their own currency with shipping rules that matched reality. - **Shared stock, two locations**: Inventory is split between the boutique and a warehouse - one sale must not oversell the other location. - **Daily operations**: The owner needed to manage products, stock, and orders from an admin panel without a developer on call.
